Processing & Delivery

At LEYE Hair, every order is thoughtfully prepared with intention—from sourcing and quality inspection to final styling and packaging. Because we specialize in premium raw hair, processing times vary depending on the product and level of customization.

Ready to Ship Orders

Ready to ship items are processed and dispatched as quickly as possible.

Lagos

  • Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days

Within Nigeria

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been processed and dispatched.


Made-to-Order & Custom Wig Orders

Custom wigs and made-to-order pieces are individually crafted to ensure the highest standard of quality and finish.

Please allow approximately 10-15 business days for production before dispatch.

Production timelines may vary depending on:

  • Customization requests
  • Hair availability and sourcing
  • Order complexity
  • Current order volume

During collection launches, promotional periods, holidays, or other high-volume seasons, additional processing time may be required.


Raw Hair Bundles

As our hair is ethically sourced in small quantities, availability and sourcing timelines may vary.

Estimated processing times:

Ready-to-Ship Bundles

  • 2–4 business days

Pre-Order Bundles

  • Approximately 3–6 weeks, depending on texture, length, and sourcing requirements.

Certain textures, longer lengths, or specialty requests may require additional lead time. If this applies to your order, we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.


Styling Before Dispatch

Every LEYE Hair unit is carefully inspected, finished, and lightly styled before leaving our studio.

Due to packaging, transit, humidity, and handling during delivery, your unit may require light brushing, restyling, or minimal heat styling upon arrival.

Because raw hair behaves naturally, we cannot guarantee that your unit will arrive with the exact styling shown in our photos or videos.


Shipping

Nigeria

Nationwide shipping is available through our trusted courier partners.

For customers within Lagos, same-day or express delivery may be arranged through third-party rider services upon request, subject to availability.

Please note that express rider deliveries may not include shipping insurance. Once an order has been handed over to a third-party courier selected or approved by the customer, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the courier.

LEYE Hair is not liable for delays, loss, theft, or damage that occurs during uninsured third-party transit.

International

We proudly ship worldwide.

International orders are dispatched through trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, or other logistics providers, depending on the destination and shipping requirements.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, clearance procedures, or local regulations that are outside of our control.

  • Insurance requirements

A Note on Raw Hair

Raw hair is beautifully unique.

Because every bundle is collected from individual donors, natural variations in colour, texture, density, wave pattern, curl pattern, and overall character are expected and celebrated. These subtle differences are what make raw hair truly one of a kind.

Hair may also respond differently to styling, humidity, climate, and maintenance routines over time.
